BAKED CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 qt. (1 lb.) cranberries, wash & drain
2 1/2 c. sugar (or a little less)
1 c. coarsely broken English walnuts, toasted
1 c. orange marmalade
Juice of 1 lime or 1 lemon

In shallow pan stir cranberries with sugar. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Add toasted walnuts, marmalade and lime or lemon juice. Stir until well mixed. Chill. Keeps indefinitely in refrigerator.
