FRESH CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 orange
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans, optional

Cut orange into 8 pieces, remove and discard peel from 4 of the pieces. In work bowl of food processor, fitted with steel blade, combine orange pieces, sugar, cinnamon, and cloves. Process for 15 to 20 seconds. Add cranberries, pulse 6 to 8 times until cranberries are coarsely chopped. Stir in raisins and nuts. Let stand to blend flavors. Makes 3 cups.

Tip: Try serving on toasted English muffin topped with cream cheese.
