1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
3 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion

Combine all ingredients and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
