GERMAN APPLE CAKE | |
2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 3 eggs, beaten 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. salad oil 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 4 apples, peeled and sliced thin Sift flour together with baking soda, salt and cinnamon in large bowl. Set aside. Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat on low speed until well blended. Add dry ingredients, mixing well. Add apples and nuts. Spoon into a well greased and floured pan, 13x9x2 inches. Bake 1 hour at 350. |
