2 cans Hormel chili without beans
1 med. onion, chopped
3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
2 lbs. American process cheese, cubed (Kraft Blue Box)

Place chili, onion and peppers in an oven-proof casserole dish; mix thoroughly. Put cubed cheese on top. Heat in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir to mix cheese before serving. Keep warm. Serve with taco chips.
