CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. chili sauce or ketchup
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
1 clove minced garlic
Dash hot sauce

Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Pour over chicken wings. Marinate for 2-3 hours or longer. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, baste continuously as cooking. Serve with white rice. Serves 4-6.
