CINCINNATI CHILI 
2 lb. ground beef
2 chopped onions
4 garlic buds, minced
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 1/2 c. water
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper or hot sauce
4 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. unsweetened chocolate
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste

Brown beef and drain. Add other ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer uncovered for 1/2 hour. May add 1-2 cans beans or use for sauce. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
