CHICKEN KELLY 
4 boneless chicken halves, cubed
2 eggs
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 lb. Muenster cheese, sliced
1 c. water
2 chicken bouillon

Coat chicken with egg, then with bread crumbs. Brown in small amount of oil. Line greased 9 x 13 pan with chicken, mushrooms, then cheese. Dissolve bouillon in water; pour over chicken casserole.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
