PRALINE COOKIES | |
1 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. cane syrup or molasses 1 egg, beaten 2 tsp. vanilla 3 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped pecans Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in molasses, egg and vanilla. Mix together flour, soda and salt. Add to butter mixture and mix well. Stir in pecans. Refrigerate dough for 3 hours. Roll into 3/4 inch balls. Then roll in granulated sugar. Place on greased baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. |
