TOMATO SPICE CAKE 
2 1/4 c. cake flour or 2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
10 3/4 oz. tomato soup
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 c. water

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add soup and shortening; beat at low to medium speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs and water; beat 2 minutes longer.

Pour into well greased and floured 2 1/2 quart Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes; remove; cool completely. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
