TIG'S ROLLS 
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. Crisco
1 bag (pkg.) yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. flour

Melt together milk and Crisco. Cool to 115 degrees. Mix yeast in 1/2 cup arm (105-115 degree) water. Add milk, mix to yeast. Add sugar and salt. Add 1 1/4 cups flour to make a thick batter. Cover, let set 15 minutes.

Add flour gradually to make manageable dough. Refrigerate until ready to use. Melt dabs of butter in muffin tins. Make rolls (pat a small ball of dough flat. Turn into melted butter. Fold in half). Place in tin. Let stand in warm area for 1 hour. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
