REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
1 egg
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Wesson oil
1 cake yeast

Break egg into measuring cup, add sugar and then fill cup (ALMOST) with oil. Dissolve yeast in milk. Combine the two mixtures and beat well with wire whisk. Add salt to flour and add to other mixture to make a dough. Brush top with oil. Place in refrigerator until ready to use. Grease small muffin tins with oil, make small balls of dough by hand, place three in each individual tin. Let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Bake at 400 degrees until brown (10 minutes).
