APPLE CRISP 
Cut up enough apples to fill whatever size baking dish you are using, a little over half way. Spread apples, 1/4 stick butter - cut in small pieces and sprinkle with cinnamon.

TOP CRUMB MIXTURE:

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
Sprinkle of salt
1 egg

Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
