1 1/2 c. shredded cucumber, well drained
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. onion, minced
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix and chill. Variation: Use equal amounts sour cream and salad dressing; mix with thin slices of cucumbers and onions.
