VINAIGRETTE DRESSING 
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
4 tbsp. olive oil
Freshly ground pepper

Mix mustard and vinegar, beat in oil with wire whisk, add pepper. Store any leftovers in refrigerator. Keeps well for weeks. Yields 1/2 cup.
