HOT CHOCOLATE - CHOCOLAT | |
2 oz. sweet chocolate, broken into bits or milk chocolate chips 2 tbsp. water 2 c. milk 1. Place chocolate and water in a small, heavy bottomed saucepan over very low heat. Cover the pan and let chocolate soften until it is just melted. 2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and beat chocolate into a smooth paste. 3. In a different saucepan, heat milk until it boils. 4. Add 6 tablespoons of milk to chocolate paste to dilute it. Then add remaining milk, stirring constantly. 5. Pour into mugs. Serves 2. |
