VEGETARIAN CHILI 
2 qt. tomatoes
1 qt. water
3 lg. can chili beans
1 lb. red kidney beans
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 buds garlic, diced
1 lg. green pepper, diced
2/3 c. diced celery
Chili seasoning, to taste
5 plus drops Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste

Soak red kidney beans overnight. Rinse thoroughly. Place all ingredients into a large Dutch oven or crock pot and cook slowly. Season to taste. In Dutch oven, cook 4 hours. In crock pot, cook 6-8 hours.
