CHILI 
2 (28 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
16 oz. can tomato puree
16 oz. can vegetarian beans
2 c. diced onions
1 lb. ground beef, from chuck
8-10 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

Brown ground beef in large skillet. In a large saucepan combine stewed tomatoes, tomato puree, vegetarian beans, onion and ground beef. Add seasonings depending on your tastes. Cover and simmer about 1 hour or more. The longer it simmers, the thicker it becomes. Garnish with cheese (shredded).
