SEAFOOD FETTUCINI 
1 tbsp. butter
3 minced garlic buds
1 c. cooked shrimp
1 c. scallops
1 c. cubed fish
1 c. mussels

Saute in butter until fish is cooked. Add 1 cup vermouth, 1 cup cream and 1 small package shredded Mozzarella cheese. Blend and simmer. Cook and drain 1 package spinach noodles and add to seafood mixture.
