GREEK SALAD 
1 head cabbage (3-4 lbs.)
2 cucumbers
2 green peppers
2 carrots
Lg. Spanish onion
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. salt

Mix liquid and sugar in blender. Cut up all vegetables. Pour liquid over vegetables. Allow to marinate; (few hours but keeps for 2 weeks) in refrigerator.
