VENISON ROAST 
1 venison roast
4 tbsp. horseradish
1 pt. tomatoes
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Little bit of wine (optional)

Flour the roast then brown lightly in oil. Put on roaster. Sprinkle onion soup mix over roast, pour tomatoes over the roast and put the horseradish on top of the roast (wine optional). Roast at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
