HEAVENLY HASH CAKE 
1 c. melted butter
4 eggs
2 c. chopped pecans
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
4 tbsp. cocoa

Combine butter, sugar, and eggs. Beat slightly. Add flour, cocoa, and pecans. Mix well. Stir in vanilla. Spread batter on greased pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inch. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle marshmallows over hot cake. Return to oven until marshmallows melt.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. softened butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. milk

Mix icing and spread on cake after it has cooled awhile.
