2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. apples, unpeeled, diced
1 tsp. cinnamon

Put everything in a large bowl and mix with a big spoon. Bake in any kind of pan slightly greased at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
