SPECIAL CHICKEN 
2 (20 oz.) pkgs. thawed frozen broccoli
4 c. cut up turkey/chicken (cooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Layer of Velveeta
1 can French fried onions

In a 9x13 inch pan layer broccoli, then meat. Mix soup, mayonnaise, sour cream and pour over meat. Layer water chestnuts, then cheese. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cover with can of French fried onions and bake for 15 minutes longer.
