FRUIT CREAM PIE 
2/3 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour - 1/4 c.
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. cream (30% (regular whip cream)

Mix well with whisk. Put cut fruit into unbaked pie crust. (A short 4 cups total.) Pour cream mixture over. Bake 400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. For apples use 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg. For raspberry use 1/3 cup flour. For strawberries use 1/3 cup flour.
