FRUIT AND CREAM PIE 
Line 9" pie tin with pie dough. Place the following ingredients in the pastry lined pan using the fruit of your choice (fresh or frozen).

4 c. berries or 7-8 peach or pear halves

Place round side up in pan. Mix and pour the following over fruit:

2/3 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. cream

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake from 35 to 45 minutes or until crust is brown and filling is set. Cool.

If apples are used thinly sliced 5 cups apples. Increase flour to total 5 tablespoons and bake 50 to 60 minutes. (Cover pie the first 20 minutes.)
