BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. chopped onion
6 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Saute onions in butter. Stir in flour and water, cook over low heat until thick. Blend in cheese. Combine sauce, and thawed and drained broccoli, and eggs. Mix gently and put into greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
