CINNAMON ROASTED NUTS 
1 stick butter
3 c. pecans
pinch of salt
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar

Melt butter and add pecans to it. Set aside. Mix egg whites, sugar and salt. Pour pecan mixture onto cookie sheet, then pour sugar mixture over it. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 325°F for 30 to 40 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes until golden brown.
