1 lg. jar dry roasted peanuts
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
2 c. mini marshmallows

Pour half jar of peanuts in 9"x13" pan. Melt together milk, butter and peanut butter chips. Stir in 2 cups mini marshmallows. Spread on top of peanuts in pan and top with the rest of the peanuts.
