ROAST ON GRILL 
2 1/2-3 lb. arm roast
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. mustard seed
Garlic powder

Salt both sides of roast with garlic powder. Place roast into marinating dish or in bowl or pan. Mix and pour the ingredients over roast. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Cook on BBQ grill on low flame for about 1 hour. Turn and baste with marinating sauce about every 15 minutes. Slice and serve. Delicious for deer & beef roast.

Cooked this on the gas grill tonight using a 2.75 pound arm roast. Rubbed it all down with garlic powder first then used 6 ounces of soy sauce and covered each side of the roast with the onion flakes. Stuck to the measurements for the mustard and honey and marinated it overnight turning the roast over in the morning. Cooked the roast at a temp of around 375°F over low flame turning it every fifteen minutes and pouring marinade over it cooking a total of one hour or when the temp of the meat is 145°F. This is a great recipe and easy to make. My wife and I loved it!
