SWEET & SOUR PORK 
1 1/2 lb. pork, cut in pieces
1 (#2) can pineapple chunks
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. diced green pepper
1/4 c. shredded onion

Brown pork, add water, cover and simmer until tender (1 hour). Combine sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and cornstarch, salt. Add to pork and cook until thickened. Drain pineapple. Add pineapple, green pepper and onion. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
