RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3 eggs, beaten
Lemon juice
4 c. sliced rhubarb
2 crust pie

Mix all. Put in unbaked pie shell. Put butter on top then top pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
