PRETZEL - STRAWBERRY SALAD 
2 c. hard pretzels, crushed
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 c. whipped cream or non-dairy whipped topping
6 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries

Mix together crushed pretzels, melted butter and 3 tablespoons sugar. Pat into 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Mix together cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and whipped topping. Spread over cooled pretzel crust. Mix gelatin into boiling water. Add frozen strawberries. Stir until gelatin is dissolved and set aside to thicken. Spoon over cream cheese mixture and chill. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
