2 c. water, boiling
3 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. powdered alum
1/2 c. salt
2 1/2 c. flour

Mix dry ingredients. Add hot water, and oil slowly. Knead well. Color with food coloring, as desired. Keep in airtight container.
