CHOCOLATE FRANGOS 
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 cube butter
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. sifted powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla or 3/4 tsp. mint or 1 tsp. almond

Melt chocolate chips and cool thoroughly (room temperature). Cream butter and powdered sugar. Blend in eggs and add cooled chocolate, a tablespoon at a time. Mix in flavoring. Beat at high speed. Spoon drops onto waxed paper. Keep cool or refrigerate.
