CHICKEN RITZ 
4 c. stewed chicken meat (lg. cubes)
2 c. diced celery
2 c. diced onion
2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
4 c. chicken broth
2 eggs
1 can mushroom soup
4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all of the ingredients well. Place in a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 8.
