CHICKEN OF THE RITZ 
3 boneless chicken breasts
1 can mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter

Cook chicken and crumble; place chicken in a greased casserole. Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over chicken. Spread crushed crackers over top and pour melted butter over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Very rich and a good company dish.
