BERRY MALLOW YAMBAKE 
Yams, med. (approx. 2 1/2 x 5 inches)

Wash, boil, cool, peel and cut in halves. Place cut side up in a single layer in a buttered or Pammed baking dish. 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1/2 c. uncooked "quick" oats 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 c. butter

In bowl combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter with knifes or pastry blender until mixture is like "crumbs".

Chop by hand or blender into small pieces (as for relish). Add to oats mixture, mix well. Sprinkle 1 cup of cranberry mixture over and into spaces between the potatoes (if it seems very dry, sprinkle 1 to 2 tablespoons orange juice over it.) Sprinkle remainder of cranberry mixture over the top and pat lightly.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes until berry mix begins to bubble well in the middle of the casserole. Top with marshmallows whole or halved and bake long enough to melt and lightly brown them.
