COCONUT DREAM DESSERT 
2 pkgs. coconut cream instant jello
60 Ritz crackers
1/2 gallon ice cream (vanilla)
Stick of butter
Sm. Cool Whip
1 c. milk
Coconut flakes

In a large Pyrex dish crush crackers. Melt butter and pour over crackers. In a bowl, soften ice cream; pour in instant jello (dry), then milk. Spread over crackers and top with Cool Whip. Cover with coconut flakes. Keep in refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
