COCONUT PUDDING DESSERT 
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 lg. Cool Whip
1 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 pkgs. coconut instant pudding
1 1/2 c. coconut
3 c. milk

CRUST: Combine butter, flour, 3 cups milk, and sugar; cut through like rice. Press into cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Beat powdered sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip together. Spread on cooled crust.

FILLING: Combine pudding and 3 cups milk, put on top of crust.

TOPPING: Spread Cool Whip and top with 1 1/2 cups of coconut.
