PUMPKIN PIE SQUARES 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Combine ingredients until crumbly. Press into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

FILLING:

2 c. pumpkin
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 can evaporated milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger

Combine ingredients in a bowl and beat well. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Sprinkle topping over pumpkin. Bake 15-20 minutes or until set.

Tastes best when cold.
