SALSA 
3 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
4 tbsp. chopped cilantro leaves
2 serrano chili, finely chopped
2 jalapeno chili, finely chopped
3 tbsp. salt
2 sm. garlic cloves, minced
1 (6 oz.) can V-8 juice

Blend all ingredients in medium bowl. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Makes 4 cups.
