NATURAL CARROT CAKE 
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. honey
4 eggs
2 c. carrots, grated
1 c. pineapple, drained
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Beat all ingredients together in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees, 35 to 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
8 tbsp. butter
1 ripe banana
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together.
