MY DROP COOKIES 
1 c. sugar
1 c. lard
1 c. molasses
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. dry ginger
2 tsp. baking soda
Flour to thicken

You can add mincemeat, raisins or nuts. Bake on cookie sheet greased a little, about 10 to 15 minutes.
