NEPTUNE CURRY 
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. sliced celery
2 tbsp. butter
10 oz. can frozen condensed cream of shrimp soup, thawed
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
2 tsp. cornstarch
6 1/2 oz. can crab meat, rinsed, drained & flaked
5 1/2 oz. can lobster, rinsed, drained & flaked

Saute onions and celery lightly in butter. Add soup and cook and stir until smooth. Add curry, salt and pepper and mix well. Add sour cream and mix well.

Combine cornstarch and water; add to curry mixture and cook and stir until slightly thickened.

Add crab meat and lobster and heat to serving temperature, about five minutes. Serve in patty shells or on hot rice. Serves 4 to 6.
