SALSA SAUCE 
24 tomatoes
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped pepper
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. chili powder

Blanch, peel, core tomatoes. Cut into small pieces and combine remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook the mixture until thick (2 to 3 hours). Stir often.

Pack into jars while hot and seal. Process 20 minutes in a boiling water bath.
