TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can (small) sliced mushrooms, optional
1 (32 oz.) bag frozen tater tots

Brown ground beef and onion together in a skillet. Drain off fat. In a large microwaveable casserole dish. Mix together all ingredients except enough tater tots to cover the top of the casserole. After you cover the top with tater tots microwave (I use a 700 watt oven) for 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
