CREAMY CHEESE DIP 
8 oz. pkg. cottage cheese
2 lg. eggs
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper
Garlic salt
Onion powder or fresh grated onion
Parsley flakes

Cook together the eggs, sugar and vinegar until thick. Set aside to cool. Beat with mixer the cottage cheese and seasonings to your taste until smooth. Add cooled egg mixture and parsley flakes and beat until well mixed. Serve with chips or your favorite crackers.
