TURKEY PIE | |
1 stick butter 1 1/4 c. boiling water 3 1/2 c. stuffing mix 1 sm. can French fried onions 1 can cream of chicken soup 3/4 c. milk 1 1/2 c. cooked turkey 1 pkg. thawed frozen peas (10 oz.) Combine butter, water and stuffing mix. Spoon into 9 inch pie plate. Press across bottom and sides to form a shell. Combine soup, milk, turkey and peas. Pour into shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered. Top with onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer. Note: 3 cups of leftover stuffing may be used for the pie shell. Add 1 tablespoon water if dry. |
