HOMEMADE PIMENTO CHEESE | |
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese 1 sm. can evaporated milk 1 sm. can pimento 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. mayonnaise Chop pimento, cut cheese in small pieces. Put in top of double boiler and add remaining ingredients. Cook at low temperature and mix well until cheese is dissolved and smooth. |
